Learn Ealing continues to deliver courses face-to-face and through its online offer. We will deliver lessons and support learners through the use of Google Education suite, Zoom, Skype and other digital platforms. 

Our 2023-2024 Prospectus is now available.


To participate in online classes you will need an email address, a reliable internet connection, a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile phone with fully updated browser (preferably Google Chrome).  Your device will need a microphone and preferably a camera.

Do you know where your money goes, or even where it comes from? Stop for a moment and think. Understand your relationship with money, learn to budget and see how savings can increase and debts decrease through small changes.  

Aims of the course/workshop
To be able to make your money work better for you and learn to budget efficiently.

What you will learn
Understand your relationship with money What is budgeting and how to differentiate between fixed and flexible costs? How to save? Debt: risks and advantages How you can utilise piggy bank? Your financial mental health is important.

Learning Outcomes
A better stress-free lifestyle for you, where you are in control of your money. You will be able to budget and learn how to stay true to the budget.

Suitability and entry requirements
Some knowledge of computers and navigating using a mouse. Basic maths and English skills. Be willing to change and adapt your lifestyle for the betterment of yourself. A camera device whether it be a laptop, tablet or Smartphone which will allow you to use Google Meets to participate in the online sessions. (If online)

How you will learn in this course/workshop
Whole group teaching through demonstrations and discussions. Individual practice through worksheets and online tools. 1.1 help & guidance: face-to-face, email or video call.

Accreditation, qualifications and assessment methods
This is a non-accredited course. A certificate of attendance is available at the end of term if you have attended 100% of the course. Assessment will be largely based on tutor observation, completed tasks and self-reflection. Your Individual Learning Plan will also assist with monitoring your progress.

Independent study required
You will be given tasks to complete on a weekly basis- which should not require more than 30 minutes of your time, weekly.

Resources and materials
Paper, pen , pencil, ruler, sharpener and rubber. Access to a device through which you can access internet- as required.
